Hi Leute, habe hier was interessantes für die Exil-Feuchtwanger unter Euch.

Wer Interesse hat in Feuchtwangen zu wählen, obwohl er seinen Eerst(Haupt-)wohnsitz woanders hat, dem kann das grds. nicht versagt werden.
Es muss nur eine schriftliche Begründung geliefert werden, dass man noch seinen Lebensschwerpunkt in Feuchtwangen hat (z.B. Arbeit in Vereinen, jedes Wochenende zuhause etc.)

und so geht das ganze:

beim bürgeramt in feu anrufen und sich einen antrag auf eintragung ins wählerverzeichnis oder so ähnlich zuschicken lassen. den dann entsprechend ausfüllen und mit oben genannter begründung rechtzeitig (-->10.02.) zurückschicken.
dann erfolgt eintragung ins feuchtwanger wählerverzeichnis. am hauptwohnsitz werdet ihr dann automatisch aus dem verzeichnis gestrichen.

"(3) 1 Der Aufenthalt mit dem Schwerpunkt der Lebensbeziehungen wird dort vermutet, wo die Person gemeldet ist. 2 Ist eine Person in mehreren Gemeinden gemeldet, wird dieser Aufenthalt dort vermutet, wo sie mit der Hauptwohnung gemeldet ist. 3 Bei der Berechnung der Frist nach Abs. 1 Nr. 3 wird der Tag der Aufenthaltsnahme in die Frist einbezogen."

"Die Anmeldung nach Melderecht begründet lediglich eine widerlegbare Vermutung, dass sich die wahlberechtigte Person dort mit dem Schwerpunkt der Lebensbeziehungen aufhält, wo sie gemeldet ist. Der melderechtliche Begriff der Hauptwohnung (§ 12 Abs. 1 und 2 MRRG, Art. 16 Abs. 1 und 2 MeldeG) richtet sich nach dem überwiegenden zeitlichen Aufenthalt, wogegen es kommunalwahlrechtlich auf den als Schwerpunkt der Lebensbeziehungen benutzten Aufenthaltsort ankommt. Dadurch werden wahlrechtlich angemessene Lösungen, z. B. auch bei Pendlern und Studierenden, ermöglicht. Eine streng formalisierte Anknüpfung an den zeitlich überwiegenden Aufenthalt nach Tagen und Stunden, wie es das Melderecht vorsieht, würde der besonderen Verbundenheit eines Wahlberechtigten mit seiner Gemeinde oder seinem Landkreis nicht gerecht werden."
